- Gado Gado Kaum – Assorted blanched garden vegetables tossed in a white cashew & peanut dressing, served with fried shallots, free range egg, tempeh & garlic crackers
- Babi Guling – Roasted boneless quarter baby pig marinated with Balinese style spices
